King Laredo Tree Service provides residential and commercial tree services in Laredo, TX and surrounding areas, including tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact and estimate requests. Use of the Site does not constitute a contract for services.
All price estimates provided by King Laredo Tree Service - whether by phone, email, or in person - are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties. Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate based on:
We will notify you of any material change in pricing before proceeding with work that was not included in the original estimate.
Service appointments are scheduled after written or verbal agreement on scope and pricing. We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to reschedule or cancel. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you promptly if we need to reschedule and will work with you to find the next available time.
For emergency tree services, we will make reasonable efforts to respond as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee specific response times in all situations.
Payment is due upon completion of the agreed work unless other arrangements have been made in writing in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins - this will be communicated and agreed upon before any work starts. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee, and we reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through lawful means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, King Laredo Tree Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or from the provision of services, including but not limited to damage to property not directly in the work area, loss of income, or pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed at the time of estimate. Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
King Laredo Tree Service warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work, contact us within 5 business days of project completion and we will address the concern. This warranty does not cover damage caused by weather events, pest infestation, disease, drought, or other conditions outside our control that occur after the work is completed. The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to King Laredo Tree Service and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our prior written permission.
If a dispute arises between you and King Laredo Tree Service regarding these Terms or any services provided, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue available legal remedies. Both parties agree that any legal proceedings will be conducted in the state and county courts of Webb County, TX.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Webb County, TX.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
